Who is responsible?
The pilot is run by Kasper Kyhn Reindel-Pedersen as a personal initiative. UnfoldKin and Kyriant are project names; this page does not identify a registered company or company registration number.

What is your information used for?
Your account and invitation provide access. Conversations, profile answers, energy check-ins, actions and learning notes support the features you use: reflection, follow-up and your personal profile. Team and experience information supports collaboration and matching when you choose to share it. Usage records support operations, usage limits and pilot statistics.
AI and the evolving profile
OpenAI processes content sent to the AI features. This may include conversation context, your own statements, questionnaire profile and learning notes, as well as audio when you use voice. The evolving AI profile is enabled by default and can be turned off on the profile page. It attempts to describe patterns with references to your material; it is provisional and may be wrong. The pilot does not make employment or other rights-related decisions based on your profile.
Do not enter sensitive information, other people’s names or confidential company information. A caution about sharing does not replace the requirements for lawful data processing.
Who can see what?
Other participants cannot read your private reflections, check-ins or learning notes through the app. You control sharing of team contributions and visibility in matching. After an accepted contact request, your contact email is shown to the other participant.
Administration shows accounts, invitations and usage statistics, not the content of private reflections. The person responsible nevertheless has technical access to operations and the database to maintain the pilot and handle faults and requests. Your information is therefore not hidden from everyone with operational access.
Providers and processing locations
The app and database are hosted by Sliplane; the current server is in Germany. AI features use OpenAI. An arrangement under which all AI processing and storage takes place exclusively in the EU has not been confirmed for this pilot. We therefore do not promise EU-exclusive processing. Provider agreements, relevant subprocessors and the basis for any transfers must be covered in the final privacy notice.
Retention and deletion
The current app retains your information until you delete it or your account, or the person responsible deletes it. An automatic end date for pilot accounts has not yet been implemented. You can delete your account in the menu. The evolving profile can be turned off, and deleting your profile also removes the AI profile.
The app’s own backup routine creates database copies every six hours and removes copies older than two days during a successful run. Hosting-provider backups have their own retention. Deletion in the app therefore does not immediately delete information from all backups or provider systems.
Your rights and contact
Write to the contact email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where these rights apply. We may need to check that the request comes from the account holder. Never send your password. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
What still needs to be resolved
This page describes the current pilot and does not replace a full privacy policy. The lawful basis for each purpose, final deletion periods and providers’ contractual and transfer arrangements have not yet been fully resolved. The acknowledgement at registration is not blanket consent. Contact the person responsible before sharing information if these matters are material to your participation.
